Super yummy apple pie smoothie

             This smoothie is so yummy and super heathy! 
      
                 What you will need 
      
           1. 1 cup of full-fat coconut milk, canned or homemade 
           2. 1/2 cup of water
           3. 1 green or red apple, peeled,cored, and chopped
           4. 2 tablespoons almond butter
           5. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
           6. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
           7. 2 dashes nutmeg, for garnish
          8. A small hand full of ice  (optional)
          9. 1 to 2 scoops 100% grassfed whey protein powder or other 100% single-ingredient protein powder (optional)


           Then purée all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
     
     This is a great treat after a work out or any time!!!!!!!!!!
