21 Day Sugar Detox: Day 2

     
Today was a great day for the detox!!! For breakfast I had oatmeal with berries and a cup of juice ( aka hot apple cider). Then I did a 1 hour and 30 minute workout. For snack I had a apple pie  smoothie ( I'm going to do a separate blog post) . For lunch I had 2 pieces of ham and 6 carrots with hummus. For dinner I had 1 piece of chicken that my mom made and some plain white rice. Hope that all you guys are enjoying my posts so far!!!!
