Day 20

Happy Monday every body!!!!  I do not in any way like this detox!!!!! For breakfest I had oat meal with warm syrup. Then for lunch I had two peaces of chicken and some veggies.then for dinner I had a salad and a chicken wrap. If you want you can follow me on pintrist my name is ZKindig.      Please Keep in mind that Zoe is 12 at the time of this post, and most likely suffering from a common phenomena of detox where the individual becomes irritable as the toxins are being eliminated. 
     My personal opinion on the 21 Day Sugar Detox is that it is a fantastic gateway program for people who are trying to get their blood sugars and waist lines under control. Making changes slowly usually means you will stick with it for the long haul. I personally really enjoyed all of the recipes in the cook book. My other children enjoyed them as well. To be honest, Zoe liked the dishes as well. I think in addition to the detoxification irritability was the idea of being different -the worst thing ever to a teen- that made her decide not to like the program.

Day 19

Hi every body happy Sunday!!!!! I just want to say that this detox is very hard and I do not think I will be doing this agin any time soon! So I had oatmeal with warm syrup. Then for lunch I had some veggies and cheese sandwich ( I'm sorry I was super hungry and I really wanted it). Then for dinner I had pork ribs and homemade  chocolate milk. Day 18

Hi every body! So I have to say that I really do not like this detox one bit. But for breakfest I had a smoothie and a roll. Then for lunch I had a hotdog and a smoothie. Day 17

Hi every body!!!!!!!!! So today I had a bad day because the detox is stressing me out! So for breakfest I had oat meal with syrup. Then for snack I had a fruit stick. Day 16

Hi everybody!!!!!! I just want to start this blog off saying I'm am not in any way really likeing this detox but it doesn't mean you won't. So for breakfest I had two eggs and a small green juice that my mom buys. Then for snack I had a fruit stick. Then for dinner I had a peace of chicken, a small salad and some beets. Day 15

Happy Tuesday every body!!!!!!!!!! Ok so for breakfest today I had a 2 yolk egg and some oatmeal. For snack I had some graps and a fruit stick. For lunch I had some veggies, two peaces of meat and a nut bar. Then for dinner I had meat loaf and a veggie mix and I had some almond milk chocolate milk. Day 14

Happy Monday every body!!!!!!!! So for breakfest today  had a egg but it turned out to be a 2 yolk egg and then I had a cup of green juice. Then for snack I had some graps and a fruit stick. Day 13

Hi every body I'm sorry this post is late but I vas very busy!!! Ok so for breakfest I had two eggs and a glass of homemade chocolate milk that is really good it is healthy but will give you that sugary goodness. Next for lunch I had a bacon burger NO BUN!!!!!!! Day 12

Then for dinner I had steak, a little bit of crab and a veggie mix and my mom made all of dinner so thank you mom!!!!!!!! Hi every body!! Ok so for breakfest I 1 egg a a small cup of homemade chocolate milk. For snack I had a healthy chocolate peanut butter bar and a fruit smoothie. I did not really eat lunch because I had a late breakfest but I did drink water all day! Then for dinner I had fish sticks a peas. For snack I had a fruit stick and all day I drank water.for lunch I had a slice of meat, a nut bar and a fruit cup.Then for dinner I had pork chops and roasted bacon brusselsprouts. Day 7

Hi and happy st. Patricks  day!! Ok so yes I know this will be posted late and I'm sorry. Ok so for breakfest my mom made eggs in a peace of bell pepper to look like a shamrock and I had a cup of green juice. For snack I had a fruit cup and a fruit stick. For lunch I had some meat, a nut bar, and a homemade healthy cupcake I made. Then for dinner I had corn beef and Irish patato soup.

Day 6

Hi every body, hope you all had a awesome day. Because I did ! Ok so for breakfest I had a chocolate milk like I did yesterday ps it is super healthy. And I had some green grapes. For lunch I had a few peaces of lunch meat (I don't know how to spell their names ;?  ) . Then for dinner I had samion, spicy pateos and shrimp and scallope scapy. After dinner I made health chocolate cupcakes so look for a blog about that tomorrow. I am so happy because my mom told me that a lot of people were reading my posts and she said that most of you are friends with her on Facebook. Day 4

Happy PI day!!!!!!!! Today was a awesome day for the detox. For breakfest I had oatmeal with warm syrup. For snack I had a fruit cup. For lunch I had 2 peaces of salami and I had some carrots. For dinner I had steak with salid and home made chocolate milk.

21 Day Sugar Detox : Day 3

      
Today was a ok day I kind of was not feeling so hot. I had a headache, dizzy and nauseous. For breakfast I had oatmeal with 100% natural dark chocolate chips. For lunch I had 2 pieces of meat ( I forgot what kind). And I had 4 mini hot dogs and a fruit cup. For snack I had a nut mix. And all day I drank water!!! For dinner I had cabbage wrapped dumplings and for dessert I had raw pudding!

21 Day Sugar Detox: Day 2

     
Today was a great day for the detox!!! For breakfast I had oatmeal with berries and a cup of juice ( aka hot apple cider). Then I did a 1 hour and 30 minute workout. For snack I had a apple pie  smoothie ( I'm going to do a separate blog post) . For lunch I had 2 pieces of ham and 6 carrots with hummus. For dinner I had 1 piece of chicken that my mom made and some plain white rice. Hope that all you guys are enjoying my posts so far!!!!
